Raintree Restaurant
The MacDonald family sailed from England on their own yacht in 1979, found this Victorian house on San Marco Avenue in 1980, and opened the Raintree in 1981. The founders' daughter and grandson still run it: dine in the Victorian rooms or the courtyard with its gazebos and koi fountain, and leave room for the dessert bar.
