Cordova Coastal Chophouse & Bar
The dining room of the Casa Monica, which opened in 1888, was bought and renamed the Cordova by Henry Flagler four months later, and spent years as the county courthouse before it became a hotel again in 2000. The old Costa Brava relaunched here as a chophouse in November 2023, with a wine list holding a 2026 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
