Lincolnville is the historic neighborhood just south of the Old City, and it eats and drinks in two very different clusters: Victorian houses on Bridge Street, and the working riverfront along Riberia Street.
On Bridge Street, La Nouvelle opened in 2024 in the Jefferson House, the Victorian that used to hold Preserved, with a French chef from Marseille and a choice of dining room, porch or garden. A short walk away, Dog Rose Brewing has poured from its own brewhouse since 2017.
On Riberia Street, the 1907 ice plant holds two businesses under one roof. St. Augustine Distillery runs tours and tastings seven days a week, and next door the Ice Plant Bar mixes cocktails under the original crane. Down the street on the San Sebastian River, St. Augustine Fish Camp puts the water steps from your table, and Ragga Surf Cafe serves breakfast from vintage vehicles at the marina.
